  • Attendance & Participation: Consistent attendance is required to maintain network health and trust.
  • Dispute Resolution: Members are responsible for resolving disputes directly; SEVEN is not liable for member-to-member interactions.
  • Liability: SEVEN accepts no liability for business or contracts conducted between members.
  • Brand Representation: No public statements or marketing regarding AMPLIFY without written consent.
  • Membership Revocation: Membership may be revoked for failure to meet standards or ethical breaches.

Privacy

  • Directory Promotional Consent: Permission granted to promote your business details on the site and social channels.
  • Event Access: Members receive priority access to exclusive events and executive mixers.
  • Anti-Spam Policy: No unsolicited bulk emails or spam allowed.
  • Media Release: Consent to be photographed or recorded during events for marketing purposes.

AMPLIFY Code of Ethics

Members must maintain high standards of integrity, professional conduct, and industry compliance. This includes providing exceptional service, fostering a supportive culture, and acting with fairness toward guests.

AMPLIFY Fees and Payments

  • Payment Processing: Dues are paid via automated PayPal subscriptions.
  • Billing Cycle: Recurring 30-day billing from the registration date.
  • Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable due to the exclusive seat holding.
  • Cancellation Responsibility: Members must manage their own subscription cancellations via PayPal.
