Desert Estate Watch provides professional Home Watch, vacant property oversight, and Concierge Services throughout the Phoenix Metro and surrounding areas. We help homeowners who travel, own seasonal homes, or have properties sitting vacant by providing scheduled interior and exterior checks, photo reporting, basic system observations, and communication when something needs attention.
We also work with Realtors and property managers who need a trusted local resource to keep an eye on vacant listings, second homes, investment properties, or homes between occupants. Concierge support can include vendor coordination, access assistance, arrival preparation, storm-related checks, and helping coordinate next steps if an issue is discovered while the owner is away.
Our goal is to provide reliable local oversight and clear communication so homeowners and real estate professionals know someone is physically checking the property when they can’t be there.
