Constipation

All of these symptoms are related to your gut health. If you have 3 or more of these symptoms, you probably have Leaky gut syndrome. Leaky gut syndrome is a condition in which the small intestine walls are permeable due to bad bacteria and parasites. This condition allows toxins to flow into the blood causing these problems.

HEALING YOUR GUT

The first step needed to healing the gut is to change your diet. Most people need to eliminate all grains, not just gluten. Even gluten free products have traces of gluten in them and are usually high in sugars and carbs. Sugar is a major contributor to the problem and must be eliminated from the diet. Refined oils and preservatives also contribute to the problem. So all packaged and boxed products need to be eliminated from the diet. Dairy products also cause problems.

So what is left to eat??? Organic meats, chicken, turkey, fish, organic vegetables and organic low glycemic fruits and raw nuts and olive oil and coconut oil.

As we age, we need more protein( half of our lean body weight in grams of protein) and less carbs. Current research shows us that what you eat determines how you feel. The Chinese and Indians(from India) have been practicing this principle for over 3,000 years.

TRY ORGANIC

Eating organic food has been shown to improve your DNA and reverse the aging process. Junk food destroys your DNA and thus, in turn, creates diseases in the body. Our gut health determines our brain health, as the list of symptoms for Leaky Gut indicates. If you have gut issues, you are more likely to end up with dimentia and Alzheimers.

CHOOSE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Our health and how we age is not the luck of the draw or due to our genes. The latest research is showing that lifestyle has more impact on how we age than our genes. We have control over our lifestyle choices. To maintain health, exercise is a must as well as getting 8 hours of sleep a night. Quieting your mind through meditation is also needed for good health. Meditation shrinks the brain centers for fear and anxiety and grows the brain centers for peace and creativity.
